Anthony Haynes writes: Recently (‘Teaching Creative Writing in paperback’, 3 June) we announced that the publication in UK/Europe of the paperback edition of Teaching Creative Writing had been delayed by problems at the printers, MPG Biddles.
We’re pleased to say that progress on working with an alternative printer has been swift. A couple of years ago we visited Berforts press in Stevenage, were impressed, and opened an account. We’ve now placed the order with Berforts and have already received a proof copy.
Though we pushed the UK/European pub. date back to the end of June, in fact we expect our distributors, Central Books, to take delivery of the paperbacks well before then. The paperback is already available in Australasia and the Americas.
