Some readers have kindly informed us that Teaching Creative Writing has not yet been available through all these sites. There has indeed been a technical glitch in the supply chain. The problem has now been dealt with.
As I write, the e-book editions are available from FirstyFish and Tesco: we expect them to be available from all the retailers supplied by Gardners Digital Warehouse within 48 hours (and in most cases much sooner than that). Our apologies for any inconvenience.
